How long does my order take?

All items are made to order and hand-embroidered by me, so please allow 4-6 weeks turnaround time for your order to be completed and dispatched.

How does personalisation work?

Custom pieces
After checkout, I’ll contact you to discuss your design in detail, including name personalisation, yarn colours, and knitwear options. Once we’ve agreed on everything, I’ll provide a quote based on your choices.

All other pieces
Each listing has its own personalisation options. At checkout, you’ll see a box to add your details — this may include names, yarn colours, or specific knitwear choices depending on the item. Please follow the guidance in the product description to ensure everything is included.

Can I request a custom design?

Yes! If you have a specific design in mind that isn’t listed, you can select the Custom Knitwear & Blanket option or Custom Denim Jacket listing.
After checkout, I will be in touch to discuss your idea and provide a quote.

Are your items handmade?
All items are carefully sourced as blank garments and then hand embroidered by me, making each piece a special personalised keepsake.

Can I add extra embroidery to my order?

Yes. You can select additional design elements from the Add-On List to personalise your item further.

What sizes do you offer?

Sizes vary depending on the item. Available sizes will be listed in the product options when ordering. 

Can I return personalised items?

Because each item is made to order and personalised, I’m unable to accept returns.

How will I know when my order is ready?

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.
