At Snuggle Bug Knits, all items are made to order and carefully hand-embroidered by me, which makes each piece unique.

Production Time

Please allow 4-6 weeks for production and dispatch of your order. This allows time for careful sourcing, embroidery, and quality checks.

Shipping Methods

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services unless otherwise specified at checkout. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location.

Local Collection

Local collection is available at checkout for customers near Lincoln.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the UK.

Responsibility

A final photo of your item will be sent before dispatch so you can confirm everything is correct. Once your order leaves us, risk passes to you. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss that occurs during transit.
