Welcome to Snuggle Bug Knits! By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Ordering

All items are made to order and hand embroidered by me. Please double check all personalisation details, sizes, and colours when confirming your order after checkout.

When you place an order, it is a commitment to purchase. Orders are not accepted until payment is processed and confirmed. For custom items where a deposit is taken, the remaining balance will be collected after confirming your design.

Personalised Items

Because all items are personalised, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. A final photo of your item will be sent before dispatch, and you must notify us of any issues at this stage. Once your order leaves us, we are not responsible for damage or loss in transit.

Non-Personalised Items

Non-personalised items in perfect condition cannot be returned due to hygiene and production reasons.

Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 4-6 weeks for production and dispatch. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services unless otherwise specified. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Local collection is available at checkout.

Payment

Full payment is required at checkout. For custom items with a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid before any work is carried out. 

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Snuggle Bug Knits and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Snuggle Bug Knits is not responsible for damage or loss once an order leaves us. We take care to handcraft each item carefully, but we cannot be held liable for delays, shipping issues, or errors caused by incorrect information provided at order confirmation.
