Returns & Refunds Policy

At Snuggle Bug Knits, all items are made to order and personalised, which makes them unique keepsakes for your little ones. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

A final photo of your item will be sent to you before dispatch. If there are any issues with your order, please let us know at this stage. Once the order has left us, we are not responsible for any issues that occur in transit, and refunds will not be given. All orders are dispatched via royal mail tracked 48 hour delivery. 

If you order a non-personalised item and it is in perfect condition, returns are not accepted.

All personalised items, including names, dates, designs, or colours, are carefully checked before dispatch. Because they are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for mistakes made in ordering. Please double-check your details when confirming after checkout.
